1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States.


2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). After shipping, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


4. Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


6. What is your return policy?

At Illunexia, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without prior approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

7. Do you accept exchanges?

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or design, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.


8. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
